How to Order

Every item we manufacture has an identifying number per division that must be used when ordering. We cannot assume responsibility for items shipped that were initially ordered by description. Further, to avoid double shipments we suggest followup of telephone orders with written confirmation & clearly marked "Confirming".

In the absence of any specific routing instructions our traffic department will use the fastest and most economical carrier to deliver your shipmen

Custom Tooling

Upon request, we will submit tool and production costs along with delivery schedules for any stamping you may want made. Your inquiries in our lines of metal stampings are cordially welcomed and we look forward to supplying your requirements.

Qualities of Metal

Our findings are made from a variety of metals. We do not work with customer supplied materials. All of our regular lines of base metal findings are shipped from our constantly maintained inventory.

Company Policy

Our terms are net 30 days, with prices based on our current pricing schedule, FOB Providence. All claims must be made within 5 working days of date of invoice. Unless credit has been established, shipments will be made on a C.O.D. or Pro-Forma basis. To establish credit, we recommend that three (3) trade references and the name of your bank be submitted to our credit department. Any account that has been inactive for one (1) year will be considered a new account, and as such, will be required to re-establish credit with the company.

Returns

We will not accept merchandise returns without prior mutual agreement made by telephone or letter. Returns must be prepaid, or in the circumstance of defective material or craftsmanship, we will assume responsibility only for shipping charges and replacement or merchandise. We will not assume any responsibility for materials shipped to platers or job shops. Cancellations will be accepted without any chargeback, but when merchandise has been processed we reserve the right to determine cancellation charges with respect to actual manufacturing costs created by cancellation.
